Acacia Ridge TAFE Roof Replacement

Replacement of roof lighting to be more energy efficient.

Scope of Works:This project involved installing over 200 LED hibay lights. Each fitting was installed with individual cranes to lower fittings to ground for maintenance. We also installed individual daylight harvesting sensors to control lux levels.

Budget: $615K

Partners: This project was completed in partnership with Thorlux Lighting and ICM Construction, and certainly tested the driving skills of our tradesmen on the large knuckle booms.
